• ALL Passengers MUST SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER before boarding the boats of Water Taxi Curacao.
• ALL Passengers MUST attend the Safety briefing before using the sevices of Water Taxi Curacao
• ALL Passengers MUST remain seated at ALL times during a moving boat until given the sign that it is safe to stand up/move around on the boat.
• Water Taxi Curacao will not be held accountable for passengers not following the rules.
• A passenger that is not following the rules and is/or might cause danger or harm to other passengers will be directly dropped of at the nearest Water Taxi Curacao stop.
• Water Taxi Curacao is NOT responsible for any pregnant passengers and highly recommend you not to ride while pregnant.
• Running, Jumping or any unsafe movements onboard is not recommended and Water Taxi Curacao will not be held accountable for these actions.
• No food or drinks consuming allowed on board while boat is in movement.
• The use of drugs or any other illegal substance is strictly prohibited and not recommended while riding with Water Taxi Curacao
• All weapons for example: guns,knives,bats,brass knuckels ect. are all forbidden to take along the Water Taxi Curacao rides.
• In case of any illegal activities the police will be contacted immediatly. 
• Customers are responsible for their own belongings during the trip.
• No smoking is allowed on board.

At Water Taxi Curacao we take your safety very seriously and we take all reasonable measures to prevent injury and property damage. Nevertheless there are always some risks that we cannot prevent due to the nature of the event(s). Those could be: hazards when boarding the boat, embarking and disembarking, weather-related risks, risks when doing sudden movements. These risks include the possibility of personal injury or death and the possibility of damage to personal items. You hereby agree to assume responsibility for your actions on board and to indemnify Water Taxi Curacao of any and all claims of personal injury, death or property damage suffered by you or a minor child in your care during the tours offered by Water Taxi Curacao, whatever the cause of the personal injury, death or property damage, including negligence of any person whether that person is associated with Water Taxi Curacao or not. 

By signing the general conditions I give up my copyright and I approve the use of my photos by Water Taxi Curacao to be displayed on their media channels. People with mobility restrictions, people with back, neck or other physical problems are strongly advised  against booking a Water Taxi tour. Pregnant women cannot join a Water Taxi tour because of the risks associated with the tour.

Weather Policy:

Water Taxi Curacao prioritizes your safety and will not embark on activities during hazardous weather conditions. Our experienced captain will carefully assess the weather conditions and determine if it is unsafe to proceed or continue with the activity. In such cases, the activity may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled. We will make every effort to accommodate you by rescheduling your activity within your stay. If rescheduling is not possible, you will have the option to receive a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.
