Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted to the sales department of Water Taxi Curacao and confirmed via email at info@watertaxicuracao.com. We kindly ask that you ensure your cancellation is officially acknowledged by our team.

1. If Water Taxi Curacao fails to meet the minimum passenger requirement for a tour, you will be presented with alternative dates or offered a complete refund to accommodate your needs. 
2. For our regular activities, cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full 100% refund.
3. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, unfortunately, do not qualify for a refund.
4.  Private charters or rentals canceled with at least 14 days’ notice will be fully refunded.
5.  Private charters or rentals canceled with at least 7 days’ notice will be refunded at a rate of 50%.
6.  Private charters or rentals canceled with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.
7. In the case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
8.  Please note that Water Taxi Curacao reserves the right to cancel your reservation should there be any violations of our policies.
